Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all transfers booked on rhodesluxurytransfer.com. The service is provided by Royal Pearl Travel O.E., Rhodes, Greece, licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organisation (ΜΗΤΕ 1476Ε60000141300).

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Please check that names, dates, times, flight or ferry details and addresses are correct, and tell us about any change as soon as possible.

2. Prices

Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are fixed at the time of booking for the route and vehicle shown. Changes to the route, extra stops or additional waiting requested on the day may change the price.

3. Payment

You can pay by cash or card.

4. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, and no-shows, are charged the full fare.

5. Flight and ferry delays

For airport and port pick-ups we track your arrival and adjust the pick-up time to the actual arrival at no extra cost. Please give us your correct flight or ferry details.

6. Passengers, luggage and child seats

The number of passengers and suitcases must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Please mention oversized items such as golf bags, bicycles or pushchairs when booking. Baby and child seats are free of charge. Please request them when booking and tell us the age of each child.

7. Conduct

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. The chauffeur may refuse to carry passengers who behave in a way that puts safety at risk.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, road closures or accidents. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
