When you book a transfer or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off details, flight or ferry number, the date and time of travel and any special requests you share.

3. Why we use it

We use your data only to arrange and carry out your transfer, to contact you about your booking, to answer your questions and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

4. Who receives it

Bookings are processed through the TransferLife booking platform, which acts on our behalf. Your chauffeur receives only the details needed to complete your ride. Payment providers, if used, process payment data under their own security standards.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies that are needed for it and the booking form to work. If we add analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with Greek tax and accounting law, and then delete it.
